This boutique hotel offers a unique oasis in the heart of Santa Marta, with welcoming drinks and a tranquil atmosphere that really captures the essence of relaxation. The rooms are stylish and spacious, but some may experience issues with humidity. The service is excellent, always attentive and ready to assist. However, be cautious about your surroundings when walking at night, as it may not feel very safe. Overall, it’s a good value for a comfortable stay with some minor quirks to address.

The rooms were stylish and spacious, with comfortable beds. My first room offered a lovely view of the pool, while the second was smaller with a wall of plants outside. I did find that it could get humid and sometimes had an unpleasant smell.

Service was incredibly accommodating, with staff always willing to bring drinks and snacks to the roof top Jacuzzis. They spoke good English, which made communication much easier when my Spanish fell short.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Carolina! The hotel has a beautiful and peaceful environment with spacious outdoor areas and multiple pools. The rooms are well-decorated and very comfortable, though the air conditioning unit could be a bit noisy.
